Thao and her family knows how to welcome backpackers ! They are so friendly and kind, and help you in any way they can to make your stay comfortable. I really recommend!

The hosts are lovely and make us feel at home. This is our 2nd time here having previously visited 10 years ago, so we were very much looking forward to seeing the hosts and what they've done with the place since. They helped with any questions we had and went out of their way to lend a hand. The swimming pool is a great addition. Great to see you all again, and introduce you to our child (even if she was overly shy this week!)

I did not expect much because the price is really cheap, but it's beyond my expectation. We only want an accomodation to stay for 2 nights, but it is absolutely wondeful from the dorm room to the scenery. The staff is very friendly, she gave us all the stuff like plates, tissues, water,... for free, even when we made so much noise at night. The dog is cute too. 5/5

The room was clean and spacious. Some of the furnishings were a little dated but overall it had a good feel. Our host was great, she answered all my questions and provided many recommendations of the area. My family borrowed the bikes and rode around Hoi An easily.

The host and her family were very nice! I arrived at 4 am in the morning. She let me in and I was even allowed to use one of the beds to go to sleep! I didn't have to pay for the additional night. She had many good recommendations for food and stuff to do! There is also a pool, which was nice too! The scooters had a fair price and were in a good condition. Further it was possible to use the bicycles for free! It's not in the center of Hoi An. It's a 20 minute walk outside. I liked it since you have a quiet place to sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Booked for 3 nights and ended up staying a whole week. Thao and her family are great hosts, who were always helpful and had great recommendations. We stayed in two different rooms since we extended our stay and both were very comfortable. The property is a wonderful little oasis, with its lush garden and a clean pool. It’s located outside of the main town, which was easily accessible by bike or scooter, as is the beach, and felt less hectic than being closer to the centre.

I had the most amazing stay with Thao's family. The dorm is really nice, the beds are big and comfortable with curtains. The place is just beautiful and peaceful. You can enjoy the pool during the hot days. Thao will help you when needed and she offered me rice when I was sick 🥰 The free bicycle to go into town, the free water is really a plus
