We booked this last minute at AU$40 a night for two nights. For a low budget hotel, it’s quite good. My favourite thing about this hotel is THE BEDSHEETS!! It’s soooo soft… honestly felt like I was sleeping on five star hotels’ bedsheets. However, one of our pillow stank so bad. It smelled like damp towel that got rained on and didn’t get washed properly. We did ask the staff for a new pillow and they did give us the new pillow which smelled amazing (thank you!) The mattress itself is comfortable for the price! We had great sleep. Shower wise - bath towels looked very old, some of them are not at their best state. Some stank and some smelled okay! Good thing they changed the towels daily and if you request new towels on top that, they will provide them too. Shower’s water pressure was not the greatest, hot water took a while to activate. Free shuttle to Old Town - we chose this hotel for this reason, however the shuttle timing is very limited. From hotel to town, 8:30AM and 3:30PM and from town back to hotel is only at 4:30PM. Plus, they don’t operate on Mondays as it’s the drivers’ day off. I kinda wished this was communicated prior to the stay because our only full day at this hotel was Monday. So we didn’t end up using the service we booked the hotel for. We paid between 85,000 VND to 130,000 VND each taxi trip. Private beach - this is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. It was actually quite nice beach. It’s not the calmest waters, but maybe it’s just because of our timing in there? We stayed in 30 degrees weather between 10:30AM-4:30PM under one of their daybeds! It was so nice and enjoyable. You don’t need to pay to use the daybeds, but since it’s located inside a local restaurant, they will offer their menu. We ended up having lunch/drinks there, it was a beautiful day. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was located at the entrance at the hotel, not too secluded, but we would’ve swam there if we had more time in Hoi An.

Great location away from a bang and the old quarter if you want a bit of peace and quiet but close to main spots. Easy motorbike rental.

Best value for money in Vietnam so far. I want to really take time to appreciate the people working in the reception and the communication on WhatsApp. They were all going far beyond what you expect in a hotel to this standard. All important communication was also made through WhatsApp and they arranged airport transport cheaper than any of the taxi apps. The place is close to the beach, and has a good standard relative to their allocated star. All in all an excellent experience considering the low price.

I loved the location, just a couple of minutes to the beach. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There were also a couple of little shops for water, snacks other essentials.
