If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing place within walking distance of Hoi An's lively and often bustling streets, this is the perfect spot. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnitured, we also enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The house is surrounded by nature, and you can wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The owners are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, offering plenty of useful tips and information if you need them. The town center is about a 20-minute walk away, and after about 250 meters, you can stroll along the river, enjoying stunning views without encoutering cars or motorbikes. There are also several restaurants within a 5-minute walk; we especially enjoyed dining at Tuan.

12 out of 10 points. Lovely, quiet location. The walk to the old town is short and you can relax walking along a river arm. Very clean and spacious room. Great host and staff. An absolute recommendation!

It was a great place to stay, beautiful and nice surroundings, we could relax ourselves on the nice terrace. The room has absolutely everything needed, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is very new with a great shower. Delicious breakfast with one of the best coffee we had, nice people who are managing this place. You can see that they care about the well-being of their guests. Bikes are available for free to have a nice trip in the city and surroundings. Highly recommended if you like to stay close to nature and walk.

The most beautiful place I've stayed in Vietnam. Located in a residential and extremely quiet area, away from the main road and surrounded by nature. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is arranged with fine taste. The owners make the difference, though. Extremely available, creating a sense of home and cosiness. All the tips and information given brought my stay in Hoi An to the next level. Bikes are available, which is extremely convenient to discover the surroundings.

Beautiful stay! + kind & responsive hosts + beautiful styled room & passion for details + overall inventory in the common areas + basic toiletries provided considering the environmental impact & footprint, e.g. by refilling soaps (most accommodations provide, if they do at all, terrible whitening shampoo, shower gel, etc. in small alu/plastic bags) + sweet small garden with lots of plants and fishes + safe & quiet neighbourhood + super comfy bed + free bicycle rental + free basic breakfast + tea bags, instant coffee & kettle in the room

I can't rate our stay at Pink Tulip highly enough - everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Before our stay Mr. Trung was very communicative and helpful, and upon arrival Ane gave us the warmest welcome and gave ongoing kindness and guidance for our trip! The accommodation is in a great location - out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town, but only 10/15 minutes away by bike. The free use of the bikes also made it easy to explore further around Hoi An too! As for our room, it had all the amenities needed and more, not to mention being very comfortable. We also loved the interior design of the property! Breakfast was lovely - fresh fruits, toasts, cereal and/or yogurt was perfect to start each day. Thank you for the most wonderful stay - we only wish we could have stayed longer!

The rooms were big and airy, beautifully decorated and surrounded by lush vegetation and overlooking a river. The hotel’s decor is quirky.

Very quiet and special place. The owners,are very nice. Requires bycicle / motorbike to get to old city/ beach, but for me it part of the fun.

This is one of the most unique places I've stayed in. The style is authentic, the rooms clean, beds are really comfortable and the owners are just really friendly. Breakfast is delicious as well! They really spoiled us there. Thanks again, Pink Tulip, for a great stay. I will definitely recommend everyone to stay.
