It was truly amazing. We loved everything about the resort. The staff and service was perfect. They have an incredible staff, just to mention a few, Mr. Vy, Vu the lifeguard, “Coconut Man” Nong. Wow just incredible friendly and helpful people. The food was amazing too! The rooms clean! Best stay for our family.

Loved the spacious grounds and rooms. The pool was beautiful to enjoy. We had a wonderful spread for breakfast and they knew how to make a Caffe Latte.

The staff are a credit to the hotel. They were so friendly, polite, and helpful. Mr Thi, aka the coconut man, made our daughters stay when he cut a coconut from a tree and hacked it apart to present her with the water inside. He even brought her a hot chocolate at breakfast. I couldn't recommend Palm Gardens highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in returning.

We were very happy with our rooms and our stay at Palm Garden Beach & Resort. It was great being able to go for a walk on the beach in the morning (not swimming weather when we were there) and it was only a short drive into Hoi An town. We were very pleased to be staying away from the busyness of the town centre. The staff were very friendly - the resort is big and we didn't experience the personalised service that others have mentioned in their reviews but everyone was very helpful. A wide range of choices at breakfast, including eggs made to order.

We loved the feel of the resort so much! For us, our trip to Hoi An, was the perfect mix of relaxation, whilst seeing the sights of Hoi An old town! At the resort, our most difficult decision was whether to sit poolside or beachside!! Both wonderful places to sit back and relax, with some food and drink. The breakfast buffet was also a huge win!!

Lovely grounds - sadly we had very bad weather during our stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was INCREDIBLE so in that regard we would definitely recommend.

Everything were great and have all facilities we could desire. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice, it was cold and light rain sometimes, but despite that it was great to be in the resort. All staff is amazing. Special thanks to Ms. Chau (hope i'm not making mistake) from the front desk, that received us and always be available when we need, Mr. Thrum (hope i'm rigt) and all the staff that organized and been in the count down dinner. Fabulous dinner and wonderful show during it. We loved it and enjoyed a lot. It is my third time in this resort and I have reasons to return back. Thanks guys!
