From start to finish our stay was fantastic and was easily the best place we have stayed in our 4 week trip of Vietnam! The facilities were very clean and nicely decorated. The views of pool area and the surrounding rice fields were simply beautiful. Tasty breakfast. Located just outside of the centre of Hoi An however it was easy to grab or bike into the centre and located nearer to An Bang! The Homestay is ran by the kindest family who also offer a tailoring service, I got two lovely tops made which fit perfectly. The process was really personal and only complete when I was happy 😊 Incredible value for money, we hope to be back in the future 🫶🏼

This homestay is really amazing. The view is so beautiful, in the middle of rice fields. The room is cleaned every day, and the towels are changed, which is not very typical for Vietnam. The location is perfect to get a bit more relaxation, but still close enough to the city center. The host is so friendly. So all recommendations !!

I love the place and I come back every time I come to Vietnam. The New Sunshine homestay is relaxing getaway from the hustle. The pool is good and clean, there is butterflies flying around and birds singing. Like a fairytale. The rooms are super clean and nice looking. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Ahh and the breakfast sooo good. But the best part is the owner lady Huang. She keeps so good care of all of the customers. She will help you book all the activities you need. She also do tailoring and she's so talented. Words can't describe how much I love the place and the whole family. THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE.

We spent 4 nights at New Sunshine Homstay and it was a fantastic stay !! Huong welcomed us very warmly and gave us good advice for our trip. We also had a tailor-made outfit with her, everything was perfect. The hotel is very quiet with beautiful landscape all around. Thank you Huong and all the team for your welcome, your attentions and your kindness, we will return I hope 🤗

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this homestay! The setting was simply breathtaking, surrounded by lush rice fields. Having breakfast by the pond each morning was the perfect way to start the day—just magical. Our room was perfect, and we had the best sleep of our entire trip in Vietnam—the most comfortable bed by far! But what made our stay truly unforgettable was Huong’s kindness and hospitality. She welcomed us so warmly and was always available to share the best recommendations. On top of that, we even had two custom suits made on-site in just 24 hours 😍 Thank you so much for everything, Huong—you were such a wonderful encounter, and we’ll always remember this stay!

One of the best places I have stayed in. Everything from the breakfast to the room to the pool was perfect and what made it even better was the staff and especially Huong who runs it. I have never felt more welcomed in a new place and it truly felt like a home. The location is perfect to get a bit more relaxation, but still close enough to the center, especially if you rent a bike from the place next door. I will for sure be staying here next time I come to Hoi An. I also really recommend getting clothes made here. Huong went beyond what could be expected to make me happy and I really was. I am so grateful to her.

Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The pool looked so nice and refreshing, but unfortunately the weather was bad when we visited. The homestay is in a quiet location and was very relaxing. We absolutely loved the staff, we felt very much at home and extended our stay to 5 nights. My partner and I, in our mid-twenties, felt like we were being taken care of like we would when we visit our families back at home. We also got a few clothes tailored, and they all met our expectations and standards. Would definitely come again and recommend!
