Elegant space on a noisy street where the rooms are quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location. We were on the 3rd floor and even on New Years Eve it was very quiet. The young man Francis on the front was very helpful and kind.

The location is perfect right in the centre of everything. Manager Menh is there all the time and takes care of every little thing for hotel guests.

The staff were all fabulous. Minh was the best host and assisted us on multiple occasions in all manner of enquiries. We used the laundry service, the location was excellent and the facilities extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The location of this hotel is perfect ! Right in the heart of the night action, but not too noisy. The staff were all lovely and the manager, Mr Thanh is extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast was always very fresh and delicious. The hotel offers free bikes to use anytime which we enjoyed. The pool looked inviting but it rained everyday so we couldn't swim. We would definitely stay there again.

We Loved the location: it is right in the center of the city, on the river, around all bars, shops, etc, but once you step inside - it is peaceful and quiet. We had a room looking on the inside street and it was great. Gentleman on the reception was helpful, had answers for all questions, assisted with additional towels and pillow. We liked big bathtub, comfortable bed and nice pillows. Breakfast was good with a reasonable variety, for the money we paid I think it was great!
