This hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of options and everything was tasty and fresh. The hotel did our laundry, it came back smelling amazing, the price was good and it only took 24 hours! The staff were friendly, kind and assisted us with so much. I would definitely stay here in the future. Hotel was not far from Old Quarter which was great, loved going for a walk and see the sights.

Perfect location for visiting Hoi An, very welcoming, clean room, nice swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Room was a little dampy, put enough Windows to let fresh air in.

The villa and facilities were lovely - the room was big and very clean, there was a fridge and TV in the room, and the window looked over the lovely pool area. The aircon and ceiling fan worked well. The villa itself is a short walk out of the Ancient Town of Hoi An - just far enough to be nice and quiet in the evenings, but there are still restaurants and shops and amenities very close. Breakfasts had a variety of local and international dishes, with eggs made on request. All the staff were friendly and welcoming - it felt like staying with friends rather than at a hotel.

Staff lovely nice simple breakfast 10 minute walk to the old town a very cute quaint hotel would thoroughly recommend this place ,little bit gutted I couldn't get to sit around the pool but the weather was awful not they're fault I might add

The hosts are just beautiful here. The pool and facilities are immaculate. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect for getting to the markets and old town. We love it here so much this is our second stay with Vinh and her family. We can’t wait to go back again!

I can write about this stay/villa for ages. Lovely crew, helpful owner, great stay, clean room, comfy bed and yum breaky! This will be my first option if I come back to Hoi an. Btw, doesn’t matter if you are facing to pool or not but ask for side ones.
