Lovely home stay in a quiet location but ten minutes walk to the centre of Hoi An. Lovely owners. Breakfast simple but substantial - prepared freshly for you whenever you appear. Super clean. Bedding smelled so fresh.

This was by far the best homestay we have had in all of Vietnam. The hosts are genuinely the most beautiful and caring people. From buying us coffee and tea in the morning because I was feeling sick, to organising our bus to our next destination. They were so helpful and are always so smiley and chatty, we truely felt like we were part of the family here. The free pedal bikes were so handy when getting around Hoi An and they also have a family run tailor business where they give you an affordable price for quality items. The room itself was super clean with perfect aircon, fast wifi and one of the comfiest beds we have slept in for a long time! Not to mention how close its location was to everything. Wish I could give this place more than a 10 rating because it truely deserves it. Thank you again to Love, Water and Green Garden, you ladies are amazing and we will never forget you! Love from Cheese and Mafia ❤️

It is a lovely building and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is nice, and if you leave for an early tour, ask for a takeaway breakfast. It is a close walk to everything worth seeing.
