Quiet location within the rice fields but only only a short walk for many shops and restaurants. The pool at the front of the room was excellent and the garden at the rear was a good place for relaxing. The room's private outdoor shower was invigorating, The breakfast room and bar was next to the pool, for inside or outside. Peanut, the manager, suggested and arranged some attractions including the lavish outdoor "Memories" show and a private cooking class with a Chef. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, relaxing after our time in Saigon. We would visit again.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The host's warmth and the plethora of city activity suggestions were incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, boasting an efficient air conditioner complemented by a ceiling fan, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment. The location remained conveniently close to the old town and An Bang Beach—both easily accessible by bicycle. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was simply delicious!

Great location in the middle of rice fields, just a 5-7 minute ride from the center. The rooms are well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful and quiet sleep. The breakfast is excellent, especially the delicious pancakes. The manager, Peanut, is incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Set in a great position off the main road down a dirt track with paddy fields behind so you are in the countryside but walk to the old town in about 15 mins. The beds are massive and very comfortable. Great pillows, lovely linen and big towels unlike many hotels. Rooms have a fridge, kettle and tea etc. The staff can't do enough for you and always with a big smile. Breakfast is Was great with cereal, eggs, fruit and fresh juices as well as tea and coffee. They have a filter water machine for guests use. There is a nice small pool mainly in the shade and many areas to sit outside. Nice walks and cycles in the area plus a short cheap ride to the beach when you have had enough of the crowds of Hoi An. Thank you for a fab stay. Will recommend to friends.

Very friendly and helpful host showing excellent hospitality Make good and honest recommendation for the day activities without hard selling Great Paddy field view Nice place to relax , chill in patio/terrace or outside the hotel to daze at the paddy field.

It was great, really clean and nice breakfast. Peanut was very helpful, she was on hand for anything we needed and arranged a cheap taxi to da nang for us.

It was small and friendly and close to everything but was also in a peaceful location. The staff are amazing and they were so helpful. The rooms were big and clean and we had everything we needed

Location was great. Just out of town. Quiet rural feel away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy old town. The staff were amazing

The room we were in were spacious. There is a backyard with tables, shared kitchen, grassed area, swings. The pool is a generous size. Good choice of breakfast items offered each morning, very accomodating for vegetarians. Loved the filtered water to reduce plastic bottle waste. Peanut the main caretaker is helpful with everything and so considerate.
