Super clean and elegant hotel. The politest and most accomodating staff. Everywhere immaculate and well maintained. Gardens lovely. Poolside calm and peaceful. Only some music is played at a very very low volume near 1 of the pools. Breakfast selection is wide and done well (usual suspects plus local foods). Bed and linens excellent. Free water bottles in rooms every day. Hotel is a 10-15minute away from old town (which keeps it quiet. The town does get loud at night, especially on the south side where the bars are) and I walked this every day/night with ease, preferring it to the shuttle (use your legs people and see more!). Would/will 100% come back.

We stayed at La Siesta Resort Hoi An for just under a week for our honeymoon in March 2025. Vivi and the team were very accomodating and were enthusiastic and always willing to help. We had beautiful weather for the week and were able to spend time using the facilities particularly the four wonderful pools. The restaurants at the resort served delicious cocktails and food. The room was very comfortable, and the inclusive breakfast had a wide variety of options. The gardens were very well maintained. Would highly recommend, an oasis outside the hustle and bustle of Hoi An.

I travel very often and stay in many hotels, but what I experienced in this hotel in terms of customer friendliness surpasses everything. The staff are very attentive and friendly, yet never intrusive. The complex is quite large, but it is spread out so well that you think it is smaller. And despite the size and number of guests, the staff know exactly who you are. I am very impressed. The breakfast is also very good. As a little tip, I would recommend booking the suites in the Club Wing. It doesn't cost much more but the rooms are really extremely nice. I would come back any time.

Great hotel, one of the best we stayed in Vietnam! Wonderful breakfast with multiple options, great facilities and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hoi An or Vietnam.

Great meals and great pool facilities. Good location within walking distance of the old town. Staff were lovely. Slight issue with noise with some of the bedrooms that the hotel are aware of and hopefully dealing with

The setting is amazing! All the different pools & trees, the staff are so great - so welcoming, can’t do enough for you, so helpful & happy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer here, it’s a true gem !

Such a wonderful, relaxing stay. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is out of the chaos of the old town, but an easy walk to get there every day. We even had some of the best food at one of the restaurants when it was too rainy to go out. Truly a wonderful stay, would absolutely come back!

La Siesta exceeded all expectations. I wish I could name every staff member but they were all exceptional. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, the shower was great and the breakfast served more food than I have ever seen before and certainly covers all bases! We took the complimentary bikes out to the rice fields which was brilliant. They also have shuttles at certain times to take you into the old town but we didn't use them as it was a very easy walk and only 10/15 minutes.

Lovely hotel within walking distance (20 mins) of old town but away from all the noise . The setting is lovely and the staff were all amazing and helpful . We had 2 spa treatments which were fabulous and highly recommended
