The bedroom was amazing , the bed was t he comfiest we’ve had so far on our travels . The family at the accommodation were so kind and welcoming , letting us leave our stuff too for the day and they even had the room ready a bit early . We absolutely loved our staff

Very nice owner, she will help you arrange everything! Great location in a quiet part of the city but near to city center. Rent a motorbike and drive around☺️

The loveliest hosts, they were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is a beautiful villa in Hoi An. The rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need. About a 15 minute walk to the old town.

The room was very spacious and clean! 💕Excellent value for money. We arrived really early in the morning and they accommodated us immediately (we did book a night in advance so we could have the room). The hosts were amazing they messaged fast over whatapp any queries we had such as recommendations for shops on tailor made outfits and helped on how much was a reasonable price for the clothes. Thankyou for having us!

I cannot recommend this accommodation more. The family that run it were extremely helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for us. Every time we came downstairs they checked how we were , if we needed anything and had a nice little chat to get to know us. We had problems with the aircon not working at full strength on day 1 , we told the family and they straight away checked it out , gave us a fan and called out an electrician to fix it. Within 2 hours it was fixed and working perfectly ! The room was very spacious , clean and comfortable. The pool was really good to have after a hot day around the town so this was definitely a plus! The location was amazing , just a 5 minute walk to the old town. Highly recommend this accommodation!!!

Kim Phu Villa was recommended to us, and we could not fault it. Our room was up market Hotel Standard, comfortable, modern, clean, and quiet in easy walking distance of Hoi An Old Town. We dined in town, shopped at our leisure and enjoyed a quiet stroll home. A bonus at Kim Phu is the plunge pool. Kim Phu Villa is privately owned and operated by a young family who also live on site and this makes for a unique experience of getting to meet a welcoming Vietnamese family with two absolutely delightful children. Vincent and Leo, we will be back and promise to stay longer. Kim Phu Villa is incredible value.

We had the best stay at Kim Phu Villa’s. The hosts were so kind and welcoming and the place was incredibly clean and homely. They gave us good recommendations for food and tours whilst in Hoi An and even invited us to watch the Vietnam vs Thailand final with them. We would 100% recommend staying here.
