Staff were helpful and friendly - gave lots of good recommendations and were able to arrange various activities for us. Rooms were comfortable with a good balcony. Breakfast was tasty.

Very nice and comfortable Room. Nam from Reception is an extremely friendly and helpful person. I got valuable informative from him. Also followed his recommendations and went to Lavender Spa which was very nice.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Nam who helped us with places to visit during our stay and organised our overnight bus to our next destination. The breakfast was superb. The room was very clean and spacious and very comfortable bed

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport, arranged food tour for us, asked us if everything is fine. The elevator was a plus for carrying the luggage at our floor. Breakfast was good, we had to pre-order it a night in advance. If we didn't, the receptionist texted us to ask us what we want to eat the second day, which I found very careful.

Amazing accommodation, highly recommend! The rooms are spotless, spacious and so comfortable! This was the best accommodation we stayed in across SE Asia! Nam the owner is beyond helpful, he booked our transfer from Hue and also organised our tour for the Hai Van Pass. The breakfast is amazing, great variety. This is my second time staying here and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The staff were really friendly. Mr Nam on reception was really helpful, he sent us loads of texts about activities to do in Hoi an and suggested lots of different options where we could get clothes made. He booked our coffee experience for us as well, and made us feel very welcome. The property is a little bit out of town but they have bikes to hire for free or we just walked most of the time as it only took 20 minutes to get there. If you really want a grab is about 22,000VND
