Modern, stylish hotel with fantastic staff within 10 min walk of central Hoi An. A good base to explore the town, with decent facilities (pool area is nice albeit overlooked by all the rooms), great breakfast, awesome service, and a fantastic rooftop bar.

Everything. The hotel is in a great location, next to the ancient city, shops and restaurants. Big, very clean room with many utilities. The staff is just amazing. The reception staff and more specifically Chloe, made our stay very pleasant (thank you Chloe!). We also used the spa which was a relaxing experience.

We had a perfect stay, from start to finish! The staff did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The best hotel we had so far in Vietnam. Would definitely recommend!

The room was great, well decorate with modern interior design. The staff was super friendly, very professional and helful. THe location was great, it is walking distance from the old quarter but t h e hotel provides also free bikes. Breakfast was well organised with good options.

What we loved about the Delicacy was how pristine, clean and decor was stunning, which matched the service we received. The staff anticipated our needs and accommodated them with diligence and care. The food was prepared and served with detailed presentation and tasted even better.

Everything about this hotel is immaculate! The design decor, the professionalism and promptness of staff and the cleanliness and presentation of the overall hotel is amazing! Well thought design whilst a small hotel it has all the amenities and facilities we would ask for and is well executed! The bedding is one of the main notable highlights as it was extremely comfortable; lying on it felt like you are practically lying on a bed of clouds or a brand new bed and furnishings. The staff goes above and beyond and proactive in making contact with you prior to your arrival and attention to detail regarding any conversations or requests you ask for or have with them. As for the buffet breakfast, whilst it was not grand compared to most 4-star hotels, each dish and item was well presented, good quality and tasted great. Special mention to Chloe, Dora and Thanh for making our stay a memorable one that we would definitely recommend of Hoian Delicacy Hotel & Spa for anyone visiting Hoi An. We are definitely staying again in the near future!!!
