From the original booking, changes, arranging a pick up from Bana Hills and welcome, Jasmine and all the staff were outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay on the doorstep of the main tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is very good and we will definitely be back. Thanks to all at Hoian Central for making our stay a happy and memorable one.

This place was amazing. The staff went out of their way with recommendations for great things to do, always happy to help with smiles on their faces. Room was clean, huge comfortable bed, and just like the photos. Easy walk to everything. Will definitely stay again.

The location was great, just minutes walk to the Old Town, with surrounding cafes, street foods, and shops. The hotel was great, staff was very accommodating and helpful. With their list of recommendation of things to do, we managed to try the best foods around. Breakfast was OK, but good enough when you have tonnes of stuff to try outside. Would definitely return to this hotel, if i am back at Hoi An. Also, we travelled with 2 kids, and its nice that they have a room with 2 big beds.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, very central with just a short walk to all local attractions and amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They helped us to coordinate with airport lost property and also noted a birthday we were celebrating and brought a cake.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating, we were checking out at 5am and then had breakfast ready for us in boxes to go for the airport. So close to the centre and a stunning spot to stay when visiting Hoi An. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, staff were very attentive, they give out a map of the place and the food recommended places were amazing!
