The staff were so helpful and showed. Care and generosity, waking up at 3am to make sure we had a taxi and packed breakfast to make our 6am flight. Very nice environment around the pool. Easy transport into Hoi An Ancient Town. Highly recommended. Definitely value for money.

The room was huge, airy and spotlessly clean. The villa is located on a quiet street. It has a fantastic pool, which is enclosed with a perimeter wall, providing privacy. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic villa to stay, relax and to plan your Vietnamese stay. Dino / Scotland

Good location outside the old town - half way between the old town and beach. We couldn't check in until after 2pm - they allowed us to leave our bags so we could explore. They even did our washing prior to check in. Great breakfast.

The hosts very so friendly and genuine people, who took amazing care of me and my friend. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet area, the hotel was beautiful. Rooms very huge, so much space and very clean. I will surely come back to stay there again.

This is a really beautiful and special place; perfectly centred and at the same time very quiet like a secret garden with remarkable spacious rooms. Also wonderful, sweet and committed by family driven staff. They really help you ik all kinds of ways.

Fully recomendable. We needed to leave in order to continue our trip through Vietnam, but we would have spent full trip in Palmy Villa. It was the first stop of our honey moon. The stay was perfect. The staff and the boss were very nice and kind people, always willing to help and providing the best service. Facilities are in perfect condition, the room is very big, clean, confortable and with awesome views of the swimming pool and natural atmosphere. Swimming pool during sunset is great with the lights, very romantic atmosphere. Bicycles are for free and they also can provide rental motorbike at good price. If I come again to Vietnam, for sure I will repeat. I wish the best to the Palmy Villa family.

Genuine hospitality of a family run hotel. The most friendly hotel we have stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble for anything we needed or requested. Lynn went out of her way to make us feel at home and the owner is a true gentleman. The rooms and grounds were spotlessly clean. Good breakfast.
