“Amazing staff great location comfy bed”

Staff were amazing so helpful. They organised a busfor us to Nha Trang and recommended a tailor and sightseeing. They knew who we were and were so Friendly. Bed comfy and room was comfortable and clean. Great location especially for uses we only stayed 1 night in Hoi An

Pros: - Very very near the old town. - Superb and comfortable room! - Has a balcony! - Internet is fast. - Has basic amenities, including a smart TV. - Breakfast is simple, but yummy! - They go out of their way to help you the best they can, even if some non-frontdesk staff are not as fluent in English. - Can help arrange car transfers or tours, if needed. - Has an elevator.

Location is strategic near the river hoi an ancient town and many walking distance nice restaurants. We are glad that there are pedestrianized area in old town too.

We got an upgrade! Our room was super nice and spacious, we had two balconies. Beds are great and shower has a lot of pressure. When we arrived Lisa and her team treated us excellent (thank you!). We were able to do laundry with them and also arrange a driver to go to the airport. The location is unmatchable: right in the edge of the city center so it’s not noisy but within 3 min you are already where things happens.

The location of the hotel was really good and our room had a good view. A short walk to the old town and night markets and lots of food options around. Hotel lets you borrow their bikes for free to cycle around. The staff were nice and accommodating.
