location is unbeatable !!! being less than a 2 minute walk from the ancient town, with plenty of food and shopping around. everything was convenient about the location. the pool and facilities were clean and the interconnecting rooms were spacious enough for 4 people + luggage each. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing lots of information at check-in. the hotel is on the older side, however, is well maintained, ensuring it isn't outdated. they have a beautiful courtyard to enjoy your meals too!

We were very happy with the location of the hotel. The staff were exceptional; very friendly and helpful and the room service staff were absolutely lovely and helpful along with restaurant staff. The setting is really nice and all facilities are easily accessible. Unfortunately it rained for the whole 5 days we were in Hoi An so did not get to utilise the pool and spa which looked lovely and were kept very clean. The breakfasts were beautiful with so many choices! The grounds of the hotel are just lovely with a number of outdoor seating options. We arrived Christmas Eve and were invited to a Gala dinner which was a superb evening with delicious food, cocktails and great entertainment. This was complimentary and what a delightful Christmas celebration. Thank you! We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a junior suite which opened on to the pool area.

Excellent value for money. Perfect location to drop in and out of Hoi An markets and eateries The hotel breakfast was extensive. Service around the pool was beyond expectation. Room service delivered good quality food too
