The staff here were so lovely, the breakfast is amazing and the location couldn’t have been better!! Such a close walk to everything! Aircon in the room is nice and cold overall a great stay!

This is a great priced idealy located small hotel homestay right on the boundary to Hoi An Unesco Town. Very short easy walk to river. Family lived downstairs. They were incredibly helpful and friendly.There is a baggage lift only. Its a. 3 level small building rooms all overlooking a family neighbourhood. Interesting and very safe.. Rooms were modern clean with everything we needed. Bathroom condiments kettle fridge more extra drinking water on Great Himestayeach floor which I think only had 3 rooms. Breakfast was lovely fruit and yoghurt if you wished great Vietnam coffee eggs salad and Boa Bun. As we were there for a lot longer than most we had intentions of using pool but found it underwhelming.

An absolutely amazing homestay. Our first time in one and we would definitely recommend the Heart Lodge. From checking in to departure, the lady looking after us was exceptional 10/10. Very friendly, informative & helpful. Could not praise her enough she wanted to make our stay amazing, which it was. The rooms were immaculately clean & had everything you needed. Obviously, on the smaller side but this is expected in a homestay. The breakfast choice again amazing, lovely and freshly cooked in their kitchen. Fresh hot baguettes from the local bakery. The granola & fresh fruit again amazing. If you wanted more, you could have it. Nothing was a problem. Location is great, literally steps away from the old town, which is beautiful. Amazing value for money. Can't rate Heart Lodge enough.

If there was a prize for the cheeriest and most enthusiastic staff, the lady who runs this place would win hands down. She was brilliant and there is not a single thing I can think of for them to improve. The location is convenient yet quiet as it is tucked down a lane. Our room was spacious, fresh and clean. Breakfast was generous. There’s even a little lift for your luggage - and all so reasonably priced.

Our experience in Hoi An Heart Lodge hotel was amazing. When we checked in, Van shared a map with us that she prepared showing all the attractions in Hoi An. She was amazingly attentive and asked us every-time if we are happy. She was a great host.

The lady who accommodated us was kind and welcoming, and also informative. She is so professional! :-) The place was nice and cozy for our 1-night stay, it is in the heart of the city but still in a quiet street. The breakfast was so good, overall we recommend the place to everyone who might think of booking it during their stay in Hoi An.

The staff were incredibly lovely, very welcoming & always someone there for any questions we had. Prime location - we were located right next to the Old Town, so very easy to go out and see all the beautiful lights. Room was lovely, pretty big, loved the balcony.

What an amazing stay at this little gem. The family are so helpful, attentive and full of advice and information to make our stay in Hoi An perfect. Breakfast was so tasty and many options. I genuinely couldn't recommend this place enough, it felt like we were part of the family with how well we were looked after. If you're ever looking for someone in Hoi An to stay that's a 5 minute walk from the ancient centre, a bike to use for £4 a day, excellent breakfast choices, for a cheap price, this is exactly where you want to be!

Located in a peaceful neighborhood but at the same time near all attractions, Heart Lodge was a great place to stay at Hoi An. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in this lovely homestay - Ven, Matt and all their family members always greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest in our travel plans. They also helped us to have our laundry done and fixed us an affordable transport to our next destination. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed to spend some time on our little balcony. Breakfast was also great, Venn fixed us a delicious and nutritious start for the day! Wishing all the best for our amazing hosts at Heart Lodge and a warm recommendation for their beautiful homestay in Hoi An!
