Very helpful and friendly staff. Ly from reception was able to organize a great tour for me at short notice. After ceck-out free luggage storage after and even offering a shower to me before taking the night bus.

The room was as per advertised. Great location, breakfast with fresh omelette made for you if requested. Friendly supportive staff, especially Ly at reception and security guy too as always helpful on after hours when we needed.
