Very friendly helpful staff. Did the cooking class which was great, cooked 3 vietnamese dishes & then ate for lunch well worth the money, so much food & delicious.

Amazing stay at Hoi An Garden Palace & Spa, very good location with easy access to all the Hoi An hotspots. The staffs are very kind and bubbly adding to the joy of staying here. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

The facilities were fantastic and the location is great but more than this the staff were simply amazing. They all went above and beyond for our family. When you are there you feel like you are a world away from the business of Hoi An and Old Town it is a great escape and a great family experience. We were treated with drinks on arrival and every member of staff had a smile and made you feel so welcomed. We will definitely be going back there on our next Hoi A venture.
