Staff is kind and friendly, the room is perfect. The location is good, walking around 800 m to old town. There are bicycles for free, and many restaurants near the hotel.

They have friendly staff including the cleaning staff. And the room was cleaned daily. And the location is great as it is a little away from the main streets

Friendly staff assisted with tour recommendation, and room is clean. TV program is ok though only one channel. Location is ok though in small lane. the bed is quite comfortable. wifi is quite stable - both in the room and public area. hotel provided with umbrella for free rent in case od rainy. the free water bottle in the room is good. the fridge in the room is working.

Room window outlook was of corrugated green sheeting. Shared balcony on each floor. Location ok . 10 minute walk to the river.

Nice location. Down a side street amongst locals going about daily life , nice restaurants and coffee shops and just a short walk to the tourist areas

Great hotel in a perfect location close to the old town. Spacious room and comfortable beds. They clean it everyday. Nice little swimming pool but it’s very small and gets no sun.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arranged Laundry services through them - we gave our laundry at around 4pm and received it back by 8:30am the next day. Brilliant! I also liked the location as you are about 15 minute walk from the river and old market.

What I like most about Dream City Hotel Hoi An is the peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. It's a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with easy access to Hoi An's attractions, yet a quiet place to relax. That sounds fantastic! Playing free pickleball at the international-standard community court at Laqueen Nara must be a great way to unwind and enjoy some outdoor activity.
