Eden hoi a was a perfect stay, very close to both the beach and the old town, walking distance but can easily get grabs to. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were lovely and for the price what we got was exceptional. The staff were very kind and gave lots of advice on what to do. Overall an amazing stay would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel – a peaceful spot just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride from the old town. The view from the window was lovely, the balcony was a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable. It was exactly what we needed to unwind after the hustle and bustle of Da Nang.

Lovely property surrounded by rice paddies. Our family had adjoining rooms which were well equipped with relatively comfortable beds. Pool was lovely. We borrowed bicycles to ride to the beach which was nice - my daughter (10) sat on the back of my husband's bike. Location was great - quiet and pretty just outside of the town proper - in a small cluster of small hotels. The walk in to town was about 20-30 minutes, which we did twice a day - you can take a taxi if you would rather. There are restaurants and cafes close by, but we spent most of our time in the old town. The staff were very kind and helpful, helping us arrange inbound (before our stay), and outbound (once we arrived) transportation.

Location was fantastic right in the middle of the rice paddies on the outskirts of the town. Cockerels were a bit noisy in the morning but it all added to the experience. Room was big, shower set up was a bit odd being over a large stone bath. Staff were great.

This lovely property was a joy, looking out on to the rice fields was delightful but it was an easy walk to coffee, restaurants and old town. The family who run it are tireless in their efforts to please. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Eden Hoi An Villas enough – a true 10/10 experience! This beautiful, family-run villa exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Man, who went above and beyond to make our stay special, even upgrading us to a lovely room with a bath at no extra cost. The villa itself is stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere and a gorgeous swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after exploring. One of the best perks was the free bicycles, making it so easy to cycle into the heart of Hoi An in just 10-20 minutes. The location is great – away from the crowds but still surrounded by charming cafés and local spots. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well - equipped, including smart TVs with Netflix - perfect for unwinding after a day out. If you’re looking for a place with exceptional service, comfort, and convenience, this is it! Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was under renovation when we stayed. That said it is a beautiful property. Exactly as pictured and so quiet away from the main old town. A 'grab' only costs about USD$1, and the view, atmosphere etc were to die for. The host is so accomodating and nothing is too much trouble. We had laundry done whilst staying and the same day service is impressive.
