Hotel was in a great location, right in old town but tucked away on a quiet street. Staff were friendly and able to help with any questions I had. Room got lots of sunlight and had a nice balcony!

Over the last six years, we’ve spent quite a few times now in Hoi An. This was our first time staying at Chillax Old Town Villa with my western parents and Vietnamese in-laws. A perfectly located, friendly place to cater for national and foreign guests. A very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable room with modern and clean facilities. Smart tv was great for our more relaxed days. Comfiest bed and pillows we’ve had since been in Asia! Nice balcony on a quiet street. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

Staff very helpful and extremely friendly. New hotel, but damp issues which made it feel older than it was. Very clean otherwise. Awesome location, quite but right in old quarter. Hopefully the damp issue can be fixed, as the staff and location were fantastic. Would have loved to have scored it a 10 due to the lovely staff.

We loved our stay at Chillax Old Town Villa. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. The girls at the reception desk are so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to look after us. The room we stayed in with a balcony, was lovely. The bed was comfy and it was very clean. We would definitely stay there again. The brekkie was delicious as well.
