After a long bus ride from Ninh Binh we were welcomed by our host Ella. We could leave our luggage at the reception while we got breakfast in the garden at the pool and waited for our room to be ready. Ella was very helpful with everything. She recommended a show in Hoi An memory land that was absolutely incredible. Also honest advise about what to do in the old centre. The hotel, Ella and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and making you feel right at home. Also the pool is a very nice way to cool off after a warm day of shopping and trying all the local food in the old centre. We are very thankful for the great service and hospitality Ella gave us. We’d highly recommended this hotel to everyone who is visiting Hoi An who loves a little more quiet to fall back to but with the beach and the centre on bike distance.

We had a lovely stay, staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially Greenie and Ella, always willing to help with anything we needed. Such as tours, laundry etc ! The room was big and clean! The pool was a nice bonus! Location was good!

A lovely restful place, the staff worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable, our room was always clean and that we enjoyed our trip. Ella whatsapped us before we arrived to make sure we had transport booked, she and Rennie were very helpful 😁 We enjoyed being part way between the beach and the old town, the accomodation provided free bikes and for a fee scooters/motorbikes to help get around. The bathroom was lovely, our room had a large hot bath that was welcomed after a long day on our feet! Overall 10/10.

A lovely welcoming every time you return from a day out. Ella on the deck was amazing, so was all the staff , nothing was a problem at all always time to answer questions and chat which was reassuring. Breakfast was basic but fresh and more than adequate . The gardens of the property are beautifully well kept.

An amazing experience staying here, Ella was the most accommodating host and made the stay so enjoyable. She booked excursions for us, our buses to Dalat etc. a great host. Beautiful rooms, breakfast and great pool. Loved our stay here. Thank you Ella ❤️

Really great stay here! The rooms were so clean! Comfy beds! Nice bathroom with huge bath! Great view from balcony! They upgraded us for free and allowed an early check in! The breakfast was really good and pool area is great! Would definitely come back!

Beautiful and spacious room and the staff were extremely attentive, making sure everything was as easy as possible. Pool area is lovely and breakfast delicious! Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Hoi An!
