The staff were friendly and they were very prompt in their reply prior to our arrival as I was enquiring about tours and for them to organise a birthday cake for my fiance. The room was spacious. They offered shuttled service to the city which was great.

The staff here are so attentive. We stayed for our anniversary and Christmas and they did their best to make both occasions memorable. Although you are a little out of the way, they have a shuttle service that runs throughout the day. This will take you to Hoi An should you need anything. The room was so spacious and well designed. Every request was met, you could tell the staff genuinely cared about your experience. The pool area was gorgeous.
