The host Hien was really helpful with everything. She managed to book a train for us even when we thought it was fully booked. Also we forgot something and she did so much effort to send it to our next stay. The bed was so comfortable and it is not so far walking from the centre.

We love Hanoi and it such a beautiful town. The best home stay we stayed. The room is very clean and the bed is comfy. Location is so close to the shops Restaurants and Old town. And most of all thanks to Hien for all the help booking our flights, taxi, laundry and never ending Restaurants suggestions. The owner are nice too and even woke up early to say goodbye to us.

super friendly, very committed and helpful staff; a solution was found for every request; very clean rooms, very close to a local market - so fruit and treats at reasonable prices; delicious breakfast can be booked separately, quiet location and still not far from the old town

One of the most comfortable beds, exactly what I needed after the wooden planks I slept on in my drive across the northern of Vietnam. The room was spacious and clean, and same goes for the bathroom. The location is great and the boy at the reception was so nice and friendly. He came prepared with a map and tips for how to enjoy my time in Hoi An
