The location is of pretty close walking distance from Hoi An ancient town! Very convenient location. Eric was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was improved on the second day, very delicious

Very quiet, super well located, just a few minutes' walk from the action. There's a beautiful pool, which is a rare bonus. The staff is really friendly, Diem and Eric are always there when needed. Eric even suggested a great company for me to go to Coconut Village!

Fantastic hotel located close to the old town with excellent customer service. We were warmly welcomed by Eric. He speaks English very well and so friendly, helped us throughout our stay. The double bed room was very clean with a balcony and an excellent air conditioning, The bikes were free and perfect for strolling to the beach and into town would highly recommend this hotel!

They provide bikes while you’re in Hoi A which is a lovely way to view the city. The rooms are spacious and clean with all of the amenities. They also provided us with a takeaway breakfast box as our flight left before breakfast time. Highly recommend!

The hotel was located within minutes of walking distance from the ancient city, yet far enough that it is quiet at night. The hotel manager Jenni was very helpful in arranging everything - transport from and to the airport, car and driver for the day, and recommending places to visit, as well as good tailors and salons. She really made us feel at home. We opted for the local breakfast, which was a bowl of local noodle soup, fresh tropical fruits and freshly made fruit juice and tea/coffee. The rooms look exactly like they do on booking.com. They also offer laundry service for very good price. It was incredible value for money, difficult to believe!

Beautiful room in a beautiful setting. Spacious bed, large windows. Right next to the border of the Ancient Town and with some good eateries close by. Everything was close by. Breakfast was okay. We chose from a menu of 6 options and it was served with fresh fruits and a juice. Coffee with condensed milk was ad libitum at the buffet. The pool was nice for sunning and a dip. We also rented a motorbike from the staff. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony "facing the yard" which meant it faced the front yard which was facing the street. The room was also on the ground floor, which we couldn't see in the description. This meant we didn't have the private outside space we hoped for when booking a room with a balcony, and that we couldn't have the windows open while out. There were also no chairs out there for sitting. The bathroom was also very beautiful, but with a large windows facing the interior of the room. This meant the other person could see you in there, unless you used the large blackout curtain, that wasn't very pretty compared to the rest of the room aesthetic. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our time there.
