Breakfast was fantastic as there was a lot of options to choose from. The location was on a quiet corner but still walking distance to the old town etc. The room was very clean and very comfortable.

I stayed with my Mother and Father. The whole experience was fantastic. Staff were excellent, breakfast was great, rooms were immaculate and well laid out, beds were very comfortable for us - overall perfect. We will definitely stay here next time.

The attention to detail at this hotel is exceptional. Nancy especially looked after our every need. Even getting me sourdough bread. If I had asked earlier they would have baked me some. The location is great and as everyone has said the breakfast has everything you could want. The room was large and the bed very comfortable they even came round in the evening with extra towels should you want them. I would definitely stop here again and recommend to friends.

Location to old town (was within walking distance), extremely welcoming and helpful staff who went the extra mile, spacious rooms with nice amenities and comfy beds, and a great relaxing vibe. Buffet breakfast service was also great with many food options and the food always tasted fresh.

No words can express our deepest gratitude to the team in the hotel, including the F&B manager, Mr William. The whole hotel staff team is simply amazing, including Ms Hillary, Ms Sam, Mr Thinh, Ms Mika and many others as I may not have been able to capture all the names who have attended to us! We booked our stay through booking.com n since then, Ms Mika is our main contact point and we have been communicating via the chat based on some requests we made before our arrival for the stay. One of my daughters is a strict vegan n the restaurant actually took special note and prepared vegan dishes for her every morning during breakfast time at no extra cost. Mr William, the F&B manager, even constantly checked with us every morning to make sure everything is ok. Same goes for the hotel staff like Ms Hillary, the guest relationship manager and Ms Sam and her counter colleagues, helping us with transport and other arrangements. Ms Mika gave a very thorough welcome briefing on our arrival and for the gala dinner on New Year's eve, they also specially prepared 4 vegan dishes for my daughtern starting from a starter to the main dish. The hospitality and service provided is simply amazing and exceeded way beyond our expectations! The hotel location is also fantastic, strategically located with very walkable distance to the old town. It's a very quaint vintage boutique hotel, with charming heritage touches. Suites are especially big and comfortable for families. Highly recommended! Once again, thanks very much for the greag hospitality shown during our 8 days' stay there.
