First i want to disregard the bad comments that almost made me cancel my reservation ... lucky i did not ! Not easy to find IF you dont read the welcome/greating email 😅 all is said there . No google map do not take you to the right place but super easy to find ...if you can find the castle you can find the hotel . Yes they close early but if you follow instruction and ring the door someone will nicely (and definetly easily ) tell you how to get your keys and how to use them ! Seriously after reading other people comments ... they were not able to follow simple steps 😅! After that in the room we rented there was no bathroom but super easy access vlose to our room an not at all hostel style . Really nice , super clean bathrooms . The room was super comfy and ultra clean . The location in amazing ... even more then amazing . You get to the castle within a few steps . The breakfast was way better then what i have read in the other comments . Staff are really welcoming and nice. In the morning(dont know if they do latter but i guess yes) they sale some donut like balls ....omg so gooood ... was not able to try the restaurant as the day was too booked for it but if it was like the rest im sure its outstanding ! Also the building itself is really nice !!! Only thing i would add is a bar of soap . There is shampoo and handsoap but for me a bar of soap would be a good add on ! Anyways !! do like me and for once dont listen the bad comments 🤣

Fantastic location - you can't get closer to the castle, which is very convenient if you want to take a walk up the road in the evening. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful - I had trouble calling a taxi and they were kind enough to help me even though they were crazy busy with the restaurant guests.

The location was so close to the castle - so amazing to be able to drive up the hill and park at the hotel save us 30 mins walking up the hill. The room was comfortable for 3 by paying for the extra bed. The staff were friendly and helpful who sent reminder and instruction to get to the hotel.

I`m a fan of this wonderful place! I can`t imagine my visit to Bavaria and stay in another hotel. Here it is all the same wonderfully as on my first visit. It is a quite lovely place close to the castle. Here you will have a tasty breakfast and the ability to taste Bavarian cuisine in the restaurant.
