Everything was top-notch. The room spotless clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and with an amazing view of the castle. The staff was professional and smiling, the breakfast very rich and rhe dinner more than descent for a hotel resto. Highly recommended!!!

Great location, good amenities. The breakfast was lovely and you can sit in the covered balcony with the views of the neuschwanstein castle whilst you enjoy it! The staff were lovely and the restaurant was cosy and quaint, the wait staff super friendly, and the food was yummy! We had a lovely room with a cute balcony overlooking the forest and the for hours autumn colours! We loved learning about the property’s history and local relevance

Magnificent location opposite the entrance to the drive to Neuschwanstein Castle. Good sized room with view of the castle. Hotel car parking from where we could walk to castle.

Brilliant location right in the middle of Hohenschwangau. Bus and carriages to castles outside the door. Great breakfast included. Has a restaurant, however there are other options a short walk away. We were fortunate to get an upgrade and the room had a great little outside deck with seating.
