The reception is located in the restaurant of hotel, there is no lobby.Please note that individual design varies from room to room and the pictures are only an example. We were so happy to have a room that had a view of Neuchwanstein Castle!! It was perfect! Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was very nice also. Great communication from hosts prior to our arrival. Parking was conveniently just across the road, cost was 10 Euros per night.

Location for the two castles was superb. Right in a valley between the two of them and 2 minutes walk to beautiful Alpsee lake

Loved everything here. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is right near the bus stop and right near everything you need. Rooms were comfortable and homey. Shower nice and big. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the variety to choose from. Would love to stay here again one day.

located very close to the castle and next to ticket office. 4 minutes walk to the lake. good breakfast (included) and good restaurant. Goulash is just yammi. Croissants for the breakfast were the best we ever tried (including Paris). Very good stuff.

Location was ideal for visits to the two castles. Be aware book in advance for Neienschwanstein by a week or so. If nec queue on the day at 7.30 at the ticket office where they release 200 tickets per day.
