The place is amazing, the Front Office Manager Johane and Happiness were very friendly and helpfull, and there was another gentleman named Freedom, He was so helpfull and has the most exceptional customer service, He was working at the Restaurant during dinner time on the 31st of December, what an amazing guy! He made sure our stay was so awasome and memorable.

Everything was perfect. The staff's friendliness and hospitality was something else. It has to received top marks. From Mr Johane to Happiness and the rest of the team, they made this two nights worth while. Highly recommended.

We felt very special in this beautiful place. The service was outstanding. The pool area was the perfect place after an exhausting safari. Also the view platform is very nice and if you are lucky you can see some animals as well. Plus point: There are three very friendly ostriches in the place. Thanks a lot for a very special time for us. Highly recommended! Dinner was also delicious in a modern and artful Restaurant.

From the moment we arrived, the level of service stood out as a highlight. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel at home instantly. The accommodations were pristine, offering a safe and comfortable environment that allowed us to fully unwind. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the bushwalk led by Tommy and Decide. Their knowledge and enthusiasm brought the experience to life, and it was a unique way to connect with the beautiful surroundings. The lodge’s restaurant and bar were also a standout. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether we were enjoying a quiet drink or a full meal, the experience was consistently top-notch. In short, Sunbirds Oasis Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat.
