A surcharge of ZAR 250 applies for arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 while check-in from 23:00 and 00:30 costs ZAR 500. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in is not possible after 00:30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very comfortable set of 3 small villas with lapa and splash pool secluded in the woods. Quiet, full of birds, intimate. Professional welcome. Nothing wanting.

Very delicious dinner, however, it was a not a buffet and meals were already decided, also, drinks were not included in the dinner price and we had to pay separately, disappointing.

What’s there not to like about the property? Serene, relaxing, well looked after, with amazing service and absolutely delicious food. Will recommend this place without any hesitation.

I actually stayed at the house not the lodge, and it was fantastic! Really cool house with a pool, great kitchen, lounge, beds etc. easy 10km drive back to the lodge to eat. Very very very nice place to stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Portia was very helpful in offering guidance on the best viewpoints along the Panoramic Route. The Sunbird chalet was very nice as a family unit, spacious and well equipped with internet (not fast), a battery & inverter power backup (no load shedding), private splash pool, outside shower, braai / barbeque facilities and full kitchen amenities to enable self-catering.
