Should Management have to request your noise levels to be reduced, Management reserves the right to terminate your accommodation at any time without any refund of your accommodation or bond.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Loved the location. Loved the decor. One slight mistake was I booked a room and asked for a double bed option I was sent back confirmation for a double bed . The had two singles. No one ever checked and realised the mistake. If they did nothing was said even on the second night.

The history and art work is great. The room was clean and comfortable and concierge was really happy to help. Room service is nice but not prompt if you’re on a schedule.

So cool, one of the best rooms I've ever hired, great cocktails really hope to go back it was exceptionally cool and brilliantly placed in the Harbour. I've recently Air BnBd, this hotel makes you think - wow what a hotel. It is a very stylish orginal venue. Top Marks. And astoundingly good cocktails

Great location lovely big rooms comfy beds and fabulous shower! Also the art and the history in the building were awesome. Mini bar was generous. Staff friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay. Staff were excellent. The restaurant was amazing. The bar with live music, fun. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was enormous. We had a lovely harbour view to boot.

It had a quirkiness about it that took if beyond being another comfortable hotel. The staff were all characters in their own right and added to the flavour of the hotel. Everyone was so helpful and attentive to our needs the whole experience was one of comfort.
