Manager mo is quite nice. And the people here are friendly. The facilities are good. No high stairs here, so it is acceptable that if you carry a big suitcase.

The staff are so warm, helpful, and accommodating. Mo let me store my luggage before check-in, granted me an early check-in time, and gave me a spontaneous upgrade from a 4 bed to a 1 bed private room without any extra cost which allowed me to majorly unwind. The room was clean and super well organized. The bathrooms were always clean, well-stocked, and the hot showers were impeccable. I also got a bar of natural aloe soap included in my stay which meant I didn't have to procure body wash and store it in my overflowing luggage!

Manager and everyone around are so nice. Good vibes, plans for everyone. Location is good, and it is a different place to stay, cozy.

I liked the owner's welcome, really nice and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and warm. I had a nice night at the Narrara and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and kind, I also felt very safe even heading back later in the evening which was important. I didn't use the kitchen (but there was one and a small common area as well). It was also easy to find, easy to get to where I'm going and not that far from a Skybus stop either. There's a good Malaysian place not far as well - Sawak Cafe

Good value for money, the room was fine, kitchen needs an urgent refurbishment, bathrooms and showers cleaned. The owner checked us in, very nice guy!
