Possibly the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at. Super friendly staff and very very helpful. Responded very quickly to messages. Older style rooms but very quiet and very comfortable and spacious. Honestly could find no faults.

Rooms are large and comfortable . Parking was great. City is only about 20 min away walking. Walking down ok but walking up the hill was hard. Uber service is available for short ride. It is best to leave the car at the motel and walk around to all restaurants, woolworths, tourist areas and the wharf.

This motel definitely has character, but we actually really liked that about it! Room was clean and comfortable with everything you need, and quiet at night time. The location is v. close to Hobart CBD - would recommend getting a taxi back to the motel in the evenings (if you're not driving) as the hill is quite something!

The location is great it’s very close to the CBD and easy to get to all main Hwys to explore the surrounding countryside

I stayed in a quiet large room with a kitchenette (sink, microwave and fridge) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large bath tub. There are nice views of houses above on a hillside. From the motel's entrance there are lovely open water views. Good cardio exercise to walk up and down the hill to/from the motel from/to the CBD. (There are busses too.) Very helpful staff.

It has the charm of a 70s Motel which is what the motel is about to be fair. Has everything you need but don't expect a modern ambience. About 20-30 Min into Hobart CBD or about a 10 dollar Uber ride

We really enjoyed our stay here. Feels like you've stepped into the 1970s and you're staying in a time capsule. Very clean, staff were super helpful and friendly.

Loved the old fashioned, classic hotel decor and building. Staff were wonderfully helpful, and it had what we needed.
