The one thing I found disappointing was that only instant coffee was provided in the room. Many hotels have pod machines these days.

We had a great stay - we were upgraded to a Harbour view room which was lovely. The room itself was very comfortable and very clean and the location was perfect. A great place to stay in Hobart.

The check in was excellent, with someone waiting outside to take our bags while we parked the car. The view over the harbour was great, we got to see a cruise ship dock & leave, plus various other boats coming & going.

Everything great. My one critique is that the credit card fees at payment are extortionate. Paying a $40 credit card fee is not the parting memory you want to have of a hotel. Other that that everything was great per usual
