The 3-bedroom Grosvenor Street House is very spacious and suitable for larger families or groups. It features an open plan kitchen and dining on the ground floor, which looks out to a private courtyard. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a wall oven, stove top, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom. Also located on this floor are 2 living spaces, separate bathroom, toilet and laundry facilities. Upstairs you will find the second and third bedrooms. Please note that there is no off-street parking for this house. Parking is available along Grosvenor St. If you are staying more than 8 nights, the house will be cleaned once per week. The property has a strict 'No Party Policy'.
