We were greeted at reception. Arriving 3 hrs early for checkin the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure the unit was ready as quickly as possible. We were in within a half hour. The room was a great size as was the bathroom & bedroom, which had ample storage space. Kitchen had all the goods you would except, but it did have any jams etc for morning toast as was provided in our last 3 places. Did not need the a/c on as the temp in Hobart at this time (end March 2025) was ideal. It is set high up the hillside of Hobart so you get great views when located in an apartment at the top. It is not far to Hobart harbour from here and costs about $11-$12 by Uber, according to the app. As we love to walk, we treated ourselves to a 6klm walk in the morning to the botanic gardens. Lovely old homes were on display on our walk. After the Botanic gardens we walked to the harbour area which was about a 30 minutes safe walk. At the end of the day we walked back to Bay View Villas completing a 15lkm walk for the day. Never did we feel a bit unsafe.

Great little apartment. Unfortunately there was mould above the bed in lounge. The staff attended to it and rectified the issue. Will come again.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Loved the shower water pressure. The kids loved the wildlife at the back door and the games/pool facilities.

Clean and fresh, compact 2 story, 3 b/r apartment. Secure undercover parking. Great harbour views although obscured by immovable net curtains.

Great location. Very friendly staff. We came in a little late but this was treated like no problem at all I was still greeted so warmly. The villa we stayed in had all the facilities we could want including a little dishwasher which was very handy! All facilities were clean. The laundry was very reasonably priced and both washing machine and dryer worked really well. We loved our stay! Would stay here again.

Lovely 3 bedroom self catering unit with a Fantastic view out over Hobart. The staff were wonderful and the children absolutely loved the pool!
