Good location, ample parking for our hire car. Good communication with the owner and they were kind to allow us late checkout. The building was established in the 1800s so it is understandably quite run down- cracks in the walls etc. We found it clean and comfortable enough though and good value for money.

The area is lovely and the building was interesting. Beds were fairly comfortable and the room spacious. Parking was convenient on the street out front.

Huge room overlooking Hobart harbour. Excellent location a short walk away from Battery Point’s great cafes, restaurants and pubs, and just a few minutes more down the hill to Salamanca and the Hobart wharves. Big comfy bed and spotlessly clean. And exceptional value compared with the accomodation down the hill in the CBD.

Was a bit old but good location. Free parking was the reason to chose. Staff wasn't at the site but easy to reached out via phone.

Great location near the water and a moderate walk from either the middle of Hobart or Wrest Point. We walked everywhere. Beautiful old manor house and comfy beds.
