Location was central and easy to get to other places. The house was cosy, comfortable and clean. We are a family of 5 with an adult child, teenager and primary going child and they all loved our stay! We loved the hot tub - the water was nice and warm, ready for our arrival! Our host was very welcoming, warm and accommodating. He was readily available to assist us as needed. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Hobart - and will be recommending to any family or friends visiting Hobart too!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very clean and well equipped. The host gave us a clear house tour when we reached the place. He is very approachable and ensure that all our needs are met. There are even outdoor play areas and toys for the kids to play. Highly recommend this place!

Vicinity to Hobart with plenty of options for food & transport. Spacious, luxurious home with plenty of old world ambiance. Fabulous kitchen & outdoor spa. Great host.

Property was outstanding, kids loved the play area while the adults enjoyed the spa. The property was so clean and had all the extras to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Michael was an unbelievable host meeting us on arrival and giving us a tour of the property and was available if we required anything. Overall a great place to stay especially with a family, in our kids words ‘the best place we have ever stayed’! Would highly recommend this property when staying in Hobart.

Bakers retreat was extremely clean , warm and comfortable. Things for the kids to play with . Plenty of linen. Little extras that make all the difference (tea coffee milk bread) Soap , shampoo and conditioner etc
