The warm welcome. I like the fact that the lady showed us on the map, highlighting all the things to see and the recommendation to eat. I love the location. Everything was easily reachable. Lots of eateries around too.

Miss Vy was very helpful, she whatsapp me the direction to get to her place with photos very clearly, I get to her place easily. While I arrived, she gave me a map, if very clear explanation to place interest, foods and surroundings. I have knees problem to carry my luggage to 2nd floor, she was so kind to help me carry together. I love the place, is like my own house, I love Homestay with owner than hotel. Very convenient to Metro newly open in 20th December 2024, about 8mins walk for me. Is safe and security also good. Excellent, will stay there again if I go back to HCM and also will recommend to my friends.

Vy runs a guest house for budget travelers who want to stay in the heart of District 1. It is a humble but very clean and comfortable accommodation. The bed is perfect and the bathroom, although tiny, allows you to wash and shower with hot water and good water pressure. There is no elevator, but that, for most people, should not be a problem. This accommodation is a real experience of life in the heart of Saigon. Vy is a very nice person. She makes you feel welcome and helps you with everything you need. I recommend to let her advise you and hire the tours through her. You will save time and worries. We booked the Cu Chi tunnels and a two day trip to the Mekong and we couldn't be happier. Without a doubt Vy is the real heart of the accommodation. Thank you so much for everything. You’re a star!

A lovely little place, hidden away down an alley & only a minute from walking street, yet really quiet & peaceful once inside. Bus & metro station also within a few minutes walk. The owner Vy is a fabulous host, very kind & helpful. It’s a lovely clean place & the beds are the comfiest I slept in during my 3 week trip. I returned partway through my trip & stayed a second time. Vy even let me leave some belongings behind to collect on my return journey. I will definitely stay again next time I visit HCMC

The owner Vy is amazing & extremely helpful. The property is down alleyways off the main road, but don’t let this put you off, it’s in a great location, clean & quiet & has wifi & aircon. I’ve booked to go back for 2 more nights at the end if my trip. Female solo traveller & I felt perfectly safe there
