Location, you are in the middle of everything, reachable to all amenities within minutes. "CHUM" the receptionist is very helpful as for the lady proprietor she is charming....

Staff are super friendly, the location is right bang in the centre of Bui Vien street. If you know the go2 bar, it's about a 10 seconds walk from there. It's a basic, cheap, clean and comfy hotel. Note if music from the street will disturb you then this isn't for you..however was no issue for me. Great stay and highly recommended budget stay.

Perfect location for walking street.. this is perfect for couples, family really friendly and English is good.. shower was powerful, I would stay again.. rain makes area look like original blade film .. felt safe ..very honourable family..

Kate the owner was awesome and extremely professional and really helpful. Her whole family did a great job as well. Water pressure was very strong and made showers a great experience. Kate also helped me book Grab motorbikes and car. This hotel makes a visitor feel welcome and just so friendly. Definitely highly recommended to any visitor who would like to stay metres away from Bui Vien Walking Street. Stay there people !!!

The room was the cleanest I have seen, spick and span! The family that runs it is lovely and nice with a 24-hour help desk. The location is good if you are looking to explore Bui Vien Street.

Great location, near all nightlife, restaurants, and many other things around. Laundry can be done for a really reasonable price.

Convenient location if u plan to be in centre of tourist spots. Walking distance to many attractions, including bui Vien, money changers, markets. Quiet room despite being so near to the clubs. Clean room but occasional mosquitos. Best to bring own toiletries for comfort although they provide. Owners speak good English.

Nice and simple. Family-run, they live on-site. Smack in the middle of the walking street. Bustling all night, so you’re never alone, which is oddly comforting. Rooms are well-equipped: smart TVs, clean beds, modern bathrooms. There’s a 7-Eleven a stone’s throw away for all your odd-hour needs. People complain about noise, but with double-glazed windows, it’s just a faint hum. For the price, you can’t beat it.
