Service is excellent. Hotel and room were very clean. Spacious, comfortable room with free WiFi. Fridge in room. Breakfast was nice. Nice views from the roof. Close to the zoo and river.

The Bloom's staffs are super friendly and know how to make guests feel comfortable. For me this is the biggest plus point. The room is also clean and well-prepared. Location is great, though it's not walking-distant but it's just 5min drive to city center. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley so it's good for light sleepers. Facilities for me is fine, I have all the basics that I need. A good set of breakfast is offered (I have not tried but it looks great).

The reception staff and housekeeping were excellent: very pleasant, kind and helpful. The bed was large and quite comfortable, as was the room and its air-conditioning! The room was clean and water-pressure/hot water were good; it had a useful wardrobe/walk-in area for storage which helped to make the room feel larger. A small menu was available for breakfast with a small area for self service; staff took orders on the day or from preorder and the menu catered to vegan/vegetarian. However, when presented with my partner's allergen card (in Vietnamese) for gluten, front of house and the chef did not seem confident in handling this requirement or pointing us to a safe dish - we totally understand this is quite challenging and appreciate the effort they went to in trying to cater for us. The views from the restaurant are pleasant with a nice, much-needed (see rest of review) garden area. Because the stay wasn't too expensive we felt it was just about okay value-for-money.

The customer service here is amazing. The staff here are the most welcoming, hospitable and accomodating of any place I have ever been. They have really made the start of my trip in Vietnam one to remember. I really want to express my thanks and gratitude to every member I have encountered. The rooms are cosy, wifi great, TV great and water and kitchen facilities available in the room also. Great AC and multiple lighting options in the room too.

The Bloom is an excellent hotel in a good location in the old part of the city yet still close to the city centre. This makes it a really good value for money hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were really friendly and efficient, specially Quyhn Tran in reception.

Very good size and facilities in the room, you can buy food back to hotel and cook or reheat. The staffs are very friendly and will give advise we must care about our belongings.
