The Hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast had an extensive spread. Front office staff were friendly and Mia at the Travel desk was Extremely helpful and kind enough to make a tour booking for me, even though she was off on 01 Jan 2025

huge and comfy bed - super king size, shower had good water pressure and was hot, tasty breakfast, able to exchange money (USD to VND) at concierge, which was convenient

Room was set up well. Nice and comfortable bed. As we had a late flight at night. They stored our luggage and were able to use the pool. We also had a shower at the spa room which was so nice before our flight.

I go to this hotel the day before flying out of Saigon. It is just a stone-throw away from the airport, which allows to start one's journey in the best of spirits. Comfortable and quiet.

Quick stay after flying in from Da Nang as we wanted to stay close to the airport due to an early overseas flight in the morning. Room was neat and tidy and the bed was huge! We ate in with room service as we were tired and although more expensive the convenience was exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great stay close to the airport including the price.

The hotel is close to the airport and the expo hall. The staff was able to accommodate early check-in and late departure. In my previous stays, the staff was not very comfortable with English, but this time around, they were much more proficient. I enjoyed the stay at ParkRoyal

Staff very helpful. We arrived at about 9pm and looking for an alcoholic beverage. Bar staff we're lovely as we just dropped our bags and fell into comfy lounge chairs. Bags we're delivered to our room. Room was a good size and overlooked the pool. Breakfast was very good. Not far from the airport as we had a late flight the next day. We had a very nice hotel car take us to the airport.
