The location was really good. Walking distance to all the tourist spots. Very conveniently placed. Staff were really helpful as well. They let you use a swimming pool in one of their nearby facilities. Superb value for money.

The hotel is located very conveniently in district 1 and very close to all the tourist attractions. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can Grab Car or Grab Bike to all of the places that I want to visit. For the price I’m paying, I think it was totally worth it.

Spotless room with beautiful interior design, comfortable bed and an amazing buffet breakfast. I was fortunate to have an early check-in, and while waiting for my room, complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks were available at the reception. The staff are incredibly helpful, always smiling, and super friendly. Plus, the 24-hour front desk is a great convenience.

Excellent location with supermarket, malls and many food options within walking distance. Staff service was wonderful too - they were polite, helpful and always smiling. The decor of the hotel was nice, classy. Room was clean, shower pressure was strong. Has a bidet!

I ended up staying at a sister property also called the Kin Hotel but on another street not far from this. I briefly looked into a room here and it was lovely, clean and quaint looking facilitating all most would need but I was offered a room in the newer hotel. It was a rebuild of what once was called Annie Hotel (don’t quote me on this name as it’s a guess due to my lack of desire to research) completed only a couple of months earlier. New is always nice especially with a hotel. Breakfast really good. Staff, half and half but I’m also guessing management may play a direct roll in this assessment as they often asked me to wait while they phoned this person after I asked an often not tricky question or over basic queries. One incident though that marred an otherwise above average stay was that I, after showering and thus wearing one of their (new new) provided robes, spilt bought cold ice tea from one of the sadly far and few between, 7elevens (subservient circle k’s are Vietnams preferred jam), not much of a spill but a decent 100mls which gos a long way when dealing with white sheets. I called for a change of sheets. I went to get changed and the guy came in a took photos before he went to change the bedding. I tried to help because he was taking a long time but was shooed away. I went to bathroom and when I reentered the bedroom he was standing looking so concerned at the mattress protecter I grabbed a swath of material from his trolley outside the door, layed it over the faint 3cm diameter and jumped into the bed and stood on it. Couldn’t see a mark. I dried it with the hairdryer and was proud of myself for teaching and inexperienced eager young worker an easy trick. Anyho, next time I went through reception I was called over and I understood $1,000,000 laundry bill ($65-70 NZD or $40 USD) to which I flapped my hand and said it’ll come out in the laundry.

checking-in/out is smooth and easy. Staffs were really helpful and pleasant to engage with. the location is near to al major amenities. cab hailing driver can find this place easily.

The room is clean. All the staff are nice, especially "Winnie," our receptionist. It is a good place to stay, even for tourists or business travelers.
