In such a wonderful location, right near Bui Vien walking street and so many great restaurants but can’t hear any noise from the street, nice and quiet! Clean rooms and well equipped. The best part is definitely the staff, so kind and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile, they made our stay so lovely! Will be staying here again

Very welcoming and helpful staff! Super central location in a quiet street. We walked everywhere- even into the centre of Saigon. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely staff, big room, excellent location in district 1 - close to bars and restaurants and some sites. For the price it is well worth the stay.

I am reviewing this wonderful place for a second time. We stayed here at random on the way into Vietnam but deliberately chose it on the way out. The owners welcomed us back with open arms. They are truly lovely and make your stay really enjoyable. The hotel is in a perfect location up a quiet and peaceful alley way next to the hectic Bui Vien. At the other end of the alleyway is a laid back park to chill in on the way to Ben Thahn market. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a good shower and AC. It is surrounded by good breakfast and great places to eat. I can not praise Kim Hotel enough and will certainly stay there again when I return to Vietnam .
