I liked the close proximity to the airport (we booked this hotel because we had a super late flight with our kids and didn’t want to have to drive into the city, instead staying our first night near the airport. The staff, although didn’t speak great English, were helpful They offered us a complimentary pick up from the airport which was lovely, and a great surprise.

The experienced staff took care of every detail of our needs and even warned the small kid not to eat jackfruit at night because of his sickness.

Very comfortable beds in room, very clean. The swimming pool was great fun on a 14 hour layover. Good choice of food at breakfast. Buffet dinner is only available at weekends but they gave us room service menu choices which were delicious, nicely presented and adapted for children's tastes. Pick up at airport and drop off worked well: they contacted us by WhatsApp and met us. Plenty of friendly and helpful staff. The hotel looked pretty decorated for Christmas.

Close to airport - stayed in the old part of hotel. Split into two buildings on either side of road. Excellent bathroom and AC.
