The staff are lovely and helpful. The location is fantastic if you want to shop at Ben Thanh or Saigon Square markets. Some great local restaurants nearby and the nail spa next door is great too. It is located down a short lane so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The size of the room is fantastic too.

It is in a good location close to Ben Thanh Market - but because it is down a lane it is quiet. The staff were amazingly friendly- giving us rice wine and would press the elevator button if they saw us. The room was big and clean.

Small family boutique hotel down an alley. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect as a base to explore, with so many food and drink options around. Price point is great especially for families wanting to fit in one room.

The positive aspect was the helpful attitude of the reception staff. We reached the place at 2 a.m. after a delayed flight, but the location put us off; we thought of looking for some other hotel. Receptionist Mai's friendly insistence was the only reason we decided to stay there. The place was quiet, and the facilities were good enough for a short stay. The location is close to the big market and has restaurants, spas etc.
