I booked this hotel last minute as the hotel I had been booked to stay at was not safe and cicilia hotel instantly made me feel safe as soon as I checked in. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. A great central location without being in the heart of the city

I have stayed at this hotel at the first time. Beautiful hotel, we got the upgraded room to a signature. The staff is excellent & very hospitable. Excellent service and very professional. Food and service was great and very prompt. Would highly recommend this hotel.
